Chennai Business School (CBS), Chennai Scholarships

It has always been our endeavour to support deserving students in their academic pursuits. To further this cause, we are pleased to introduce our “Scholarship Scheme” for the academic year starting July 2018 for meritorious students wishing to pursue their PG Programme at Chennai Business School. The scholarships, which could be up to 100% of the fee, will be awarded to those students who:

• Are currently pursuing the final year in any Undergraduate Program
• Have an excellent academic orientation – consistently among the top five students in the Department
• Are from an economically weak background
• The procedure for obtaining the scholarships is as follows:

The student should submit the application form for the Program along with a DD for Rs. 1,000

The student should obtain a recommendation letter from the HOD of the Institute he/she is studying in, certifying that he/she has a brilliant academic record and comes from an economically weak background

The student should appear for the selection process – Aptitude test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview

If the student is selected, he/she should then submit proof of the monthly income and other requisite details which will be specified in the Admission letter

The documents will be presented to the Scholarship Committee, which will review the application and announce the Scholarship amount
The last date for accepting applications for Scholarship is 31 March 2018
