Executive Post-Graduate Program in Management
In 2009, CBS entered into the arena of Executive Education with the launch of its Executive Post-Graduate Program in Management (EPGPM). The course was aimed at working executives, with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience, who wished to pursue a management Program to enhance their performance in their carrier at respective organizations.
The EPGPM is a week-end course wherein classes are conducted on Saturdays from 0900 to 1800 hrs, to a period of 13 months. The focus of the course is Executive decision-making and the topics covered primarily general management courses taught in the first year of a MBA Program.
Our batch size is typically 10 and includes candidates from companies like Siemens Gamesa, Schwing Stetter and Arihant Group to name a few.
The EPGPM can be conducted exclusively for companies for a batch size of 12 to 15.

Placements at CBS have always been aimed at providing a career for the graduating students. Since inception, we have ensured that our students get placed in companies where they would be able to build a career. Our average placement salaries for the academic year 2017-18 is 6.6 lakhs. This implies that those candidates who joined with experience of 2 – 3 years would have got salaries in the region of 7-8 lakhs per annum. The candidates with a little or no experience would have got around the average or lower.
