Chandigarh University (CU) – Common Entrance Test (CUCET) for the Academic Year 2025-2026

Chandigarh University has introduced CUCET, a common entrance exam designed to provide bright and curious minds across the country with the opportunity to study in a dynamic and diverse academic environment. This initiative, featuring a dual benefit system, includes a revolutionary scholarship program offering up to ₹170 Crores in scholarships. CUCET aims to reward academic excellence and potential, enabling students to pursue futuristic courses of their choice.

CUCET Scholarship

Candidates who take the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET) can receive scholarships based on their scores. Here are the details for the CUCET Scholarship:

Scholarship Renewal Criteria & Process

Scholarships are awarded for the entire duration of the program, subject to annual review and adherence to set criteria. Renewal is contingent on meeting the following conditions:

Application for Renewal:

  • Scholarship recipients must apply for renewal each year.

Performance Requirements:

  • A minimum 7.5 CGPA must be maintained at the end of each academic year.
  • No grades of E, F, or I in any subject each year.

Conduct:

  • The student must uphold discipline and refrain from activities leading to disciplinary actions.

Note: Scholarships will be discontinued if the student is found guilty of any disciplinary violation at any point.
