BIMTECH PGDM Admission 2025
BIMTECH provides admission to its 2-year full-time PGDM program, offering specialisations in addition to the PGDM Core. These specialisations include International Business (IB), Insurance Business Management (IBM), and Retail Management (RM).
BIMTECH PGDM/MBA Admission 2025
Duration: 2 Years
Course Type: Full-time
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in any specialisation by May 31, 2025.
Selection Criteria:
- PGDM/PGDM IB: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + Valid CAT 2024/ XAT 2025/ GMAT 2023/2024-25/ CMAT 2025 score followed by Personal Interview and Extempore.
- PGDM RM/PGDM IBM: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + Valid CAT 2024/ XAT 2025/ GMAT 2023/2024-25/ CMAT 2025/ MAT 2024-25 score followed by Personal Interview and Extempore.

BIMTECH PGDM selection criteria are outlined as follows:
Round 1: Unique Profile-Based Selection for Early Applicants
Early applicants for the PGDM 2025 program at BIMTECH may qualify for early shortlisting based on their profile for the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric test in December 2023 (if applying in the first round). Aspirants for BIMTECH PGDM 2025-27 can potentially secure early shortlisting based on their profile and participate in early PI sessions in December 2024, possibly securing a seat at BIMTECH Greater Noida even before their MBA entrance exam results are announced. However, entrance exam scores will still hold a 30% weightage in the final merit evaluation.
Candidates in the early round will be evaluated based on their academic performance, consistency, and relevant work experience (if applicable). In the last week of December, these candidates will undergo the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric test.
Round 2: Entrance Exam Scores
Candidates will be selected for the BIMTECH PGDM program based on their entrance exam scores (CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT), followed by a Personal Interview, Extempore, and Psychometric Test. Applicants may submit multiple entrance test scores, with BIMTECH considering the best score for shortlisting candidates for the PI round, Extempore, and Psychometric Test.
BIMTECH PGDM Weightage for Final Selection
BIMTECH allocates 30% weightage to the percentiles obtained in exams such as CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, and MAT. The highest percentile among all submitted test scores will be considered for admission to PGDM courses at BIMTECH. An additional 30% weightage is attributed to performance in the Personal Interview, Extempore, and Psychometric Test. BIMTECH FPM & EFPM Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent with at least 60% marks recognised by AICTE/AIU, along with a Bachelor’s Degree.

BIMTECH Application Process 2025
BIMTECH admissions typically commence in September and continue through April of the following year. Candidates are required to appear for one of the accepted entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, or GMAT for PGDM and PGDM (IB). Additionally, candidates interested in PGDM (IBM) and PGDM (RM) may also apply using MAT scores. Admission to doctoral programs (FPM and EFPM) does not require an entrance test; candidates are selected based on their research proposal and personal interview.
For PGDM and related courses, the accepted entrance exam carries a weightage of 35% in the final merit list. The admission process at BIMTECH involves the following stages:
