For the placement of the candidates, the BCIPS placement cell processes via three steps:

Identifying the various opportunities: BCIPS placement cell prepares a brochure providing profiles of the candidates, programmes and basic insight to the institutes and send the same to different organisations accordingly.

Pre-placement talk: The institute decides a suitable time for the pre-placement talk where it sets a ground for the candidates to get an overall idea about the jobs being offered, their working profiles and other details. It is the best time where candidates get in direct contact with the organisation and discuss the requirement of the companies to see if it fits the profile or not.

Final Recruitment: It is set on a particular date and time where the company finally visit the organisations. The interested candidates whose resumes have been forwarded to the organisations and the company invite the candidates on the basis of their resumes. The final interview for the placement is held at the BCIPS placement cell and sometimes the company can also invite the candidate to their locations.

According to last year’s placement report, the placements of Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies is held for both Major and Minor Specialisations. In the major programmes, 43% placements happen for Finance management students and 20% for the Human resource management while in minor programmes, the maximum placement is done for the marketing candidates which is around 43%. Overall, the percentage of male candidates who get placement is 44% while 67% of placement happens for the female candidates.
