Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies (BCIPS) is a leading provider of management education in India which is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. The Institute was established in the year 2008 under the aegis of Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society working in the field of health and education since 1952.

The institute conducts professional programme in the area of management both at Post Graduate (MBA) and Under Graduate (BBA) levels. The Institute is located at Sector-11 (Opposite to Metro Station), Dwarka, New Delhi-110075.

BCIPS Courses offered and Fee Structure

BCIPS college mainly offers management courses in the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration 2nd Shift, and Master of Business Administration (MBA). The BBA programme is offered for a period of three years, which is the same duration for BBA 2nd Shift while the MBA programme is offered for a duration of 2 years.

Courses highlights

• The BBA course is offered for a duration of 3 years. The eligibility criteria for the course is pass degree of class 12 or equivalent from, a recognised institute or school.
• The Bachelor of Business Administration 2nd Shift is offered for the duration of 3 years, for which HS degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of 50% marks.
• For MBA, which is offered for a duration of 2 years, a candidate requires a graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university. The interested candidates are required to appear for an entrance examination and the selection is done on the basis of merit in the examination.

Placements:

The BCIPS has a dedicated Placement Cell which is centrally aligned with GGSIPU Centralized Career Guidance & Placement Cell and is supervised by faculty coordinators along with the active participation of Student Placement coordinators. The Placement cell is active round the year to provide Live Projects/Internships, Summer and Final Placements, Industrial Visits.

Besides this, placement cell organizes numerous Managerial Skill Development workshops on Resume Writing, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Employability tests, Business Simulations and various Aptitude tests to better prepare the students for job interviews.

BCIPS was awarded the Best Institute (Northern Region) for Summer Internship by Internshala in association with AICTE.

The Highest package for MBA for 2017-19 batch was 15 LPA. Some of the valued recruiters include Paytm, S&P Capital, OYO, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Posterity, Mancer Consulting, Jaro Education, Flipkart, American Express, Edumentor, TCS.

Scholarships:

All Government and Private sponsored scholarships under various categories that are notified to the institute are communicated to the students. The eligible candidates are facilitated by the institute to apply and as per the eligibility many of them have also been awarded scholarship.

Campus Facilities:

The entire campus is centrally air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enabled. The classrooms are well ventilated equipped with LCD projectors, tutorial room, board room, seminar hall, Computer Centre, Knowledge Resource Centre (Library).

The computer centre has two computer labs equipped with latest configurations and high-speed internet facility. To cater to the research needs of students and faculty, the computer lab is also equipped with SPPS software. The library is fully computerized and equipped with digital system via audio visual facilities.

It provides a vast and constantly updated resource (good number of books and subscribes to various national and international journals, online database like J-Gate, EBSCO, newspaper and magazines) to ensure the overall development of students and also to serve the needs of BCIPS’s faculty. BCIPS library is also a member of National Digital Library of India.

For the holistic development of students, the institute has various clubs/cells such as Social Club, Eco Club, Music and Cultural, Sports Club, Research Cell, ED Cell etc.

Apart from this, the institute has infrastructure for indoor games such as badminton, carrom, chess, table tennis; a cafeteria and medical facilities etc. For safety requirements, entire campus is CCTV-enabled.

Exam Scores Accepted:

For MBA Programme: Through online counselling (conducted by GGSIPU) based on ranking on CAT scores conducted by IIM.

For BBA Programme:  Through online counselling and CET conducted by GGSIPU.
