Army Institute of Technology, also known as AIT Pune is an engineering college located in the Indian state of Pune. It is affiliated to the University of Pune. Only wards of army personnel are allowed admission.
AIT is operated by the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) and it has the Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army (COAS), as the president of its board of governors. All programmes provided by the institution is approved by the All India Council For Technical Education or AICTE.
