Application Procedure
- Direct Admission Process: Student securing 80%+ agg. in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2021/2022) are exempted from selection process. Selection will be only on the basis of Amity Application Form.
Availability of Application Form -
Application Form is available at a cost of Rs.1,100/- The Form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Apply Online, Upload Documents, Pay Online
- Fill and submit application form online
- Upload softcopy of class X mark sheet and recent color passport size photograph.
- Pay online through Credit/Debit Card.

Programs and Eligibility
Admission Microsite
To visit Admission Microsite Click Here and logon with form number and password printed on the application form. After logon to your microsite for the first time please change the password, keep it safe and confidential.
On microsite you can,
- Check whether your Form has been received or not.
- Check the Registration Status of your Form.
- Check whether you have been short-listed for the Admission Procedure.
- Choose the date for appearing in the Admission Procedure.
- Check your selection status.
- Get soft copy of your admission letter.
- Get confirmation of fee payment.
Completing the Application Form
Fill in the Application Form only if you meet the eligibility for admission to the program. Duly filled in application form, will be allowed submission only along with following:
- Passport Size Photograph: The dimensions of the photograph should be 3.5 x 4.5cm width. Scanned photograph should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp format for online submission.
- Attach Class X mark sheet. Scanned Class X mark sheet should be in jpg, gif, png, jpeg, bmp, pdf format for online submission.
- A valid personal e-mail ID and contact number.
- Application fees of Rs. 1100/- using Debit / Credit card / Demand Draft (in case of downloaded form).
Important
- Application Form will not get submitted in the absence of the required documents.
- Kindly note that merely submission of an application form, does not constitute a claim for an offer date for the selection procedure or admission to the program. The form may be rejected due to discrepancy in the supporting documents, or any other valid reason.
- Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the Application Form.
- An Application Form number and password is generated on submission of the application form & is printed on the first page of application form in case of downloaded / purchased form. Log on to your Admission Micro site on www.amity.edu by using your form number and password. After you log on to your microsite for the first time please change the password, keep it safe and confidential. On your microsite you can :
- Check whether your Form has been received or not
- Check the Status of your Form
- Select the date for appearing in the Selection Procedure and download Admit Card.
- Check your selection status.
- Print Admission letter after you have been selected.
- Check confirmation of fee payment after making payment.
Please note: No separate communication will be sent in this regard.
Submitting the Application Form
Incase of Offline Forms
- Duly filled in Application Forms together with photograph & a DD of Rs. 1100/- in favor of “Amity Form” payable at Delhi/New Delhi (in case of downloaded form) should be submitted / sent to the respective campus you are applying.
- Incomplete Forms will be rejected. The Form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.
- You are advised to keep a photocopy of the complete application form for your reference in future.
General Instructions for Admission Process
- After confirmation on your Admission Microsite about receipt of your Form, it will normally be processed within 5 working days
- Qualifying candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of Admission Procedure (written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview) on the Admission Microsite Click Here.
- In certain cases, options of dates will be available giving greater flexibility to you. It is your responsibility to check the website. No separate communication will be sent in this regard. If a short listed candidate fails to select the date (for which various options will be made available) and admission to the particular programme is closed, it will be his/her responsibility.
- If you have applied for more than one program through separate forms, kindly select date for the admission selection process separately. you are permitted to appear for selection process of a program only on a particular date.
- The Admission procedure may last till late in the evening. You are requested to make travel and contact details of accommodation in the vicinity.
Offer of Admission
- A message will be sent to you to intimate announcement of result on your Admission Microsite. This will be for information only and should not be taken as official communication for selection.
- All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which will be made available on Admission microsite for downloading. Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allotment of hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.
- Offer of admission will be valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session. Admission is given provisionally as specified in the letter. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the stipulated time.
- There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission in a category/program/campus for which you have not applied in the application Form. In such cases an option will be given to you on your admission microsite informing you of the change and you may give your consent for the same. The selection letter will be available on Admission Microsite for downloading only after receiving your consent.
- Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.
Change of Program After Selection
Selected candidates can give request for change of program after selection.
- The request should be made to the admission office through Post / Track your Query section on the Admission Microsite before the last date of payment of the fee as notified in the Admission Letter.
- Minimum eligibility criteria for the requested program should be met.
- Request will be considered and approved subject to be consent of the admission committee.
- A processing fee of Rs. 1100 will have to be paid with the fees if transfer request is approved.
