The exam pattern for VITEEE 2020 has been changed by the Vellore Institute of Technology. Candidates who are appearing for VITEEE 2020 must appear for the aptitude section in the computer-based test. This change is effective from 2020-2021 batch. Candidates can go through the notification on the official website, www.vit.ac.in .
As per the feedback from the industries and academia, the inclusion of the aptitude section took place in the VITEEE 2020. This change seems to happen after the change in the exam pattern for JEE paper by the NTA. Nowadays, aptitude test, the verbal and analytical ability have become important in the education system and the professional world.
The aptitude section will be from the subjects, Maths or Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English.
The number of questions from each section in VITEEE:
- Maths or Biology (40 questions),
- Physics (35 questions),
- Chemistry (35 questions),
- Aptitude (10 questions) and
- English (5 questions).
The duration of the exam will be 2 and ½ hours, and the question will not carry any negative marking. The sample paper will soon be uploaded for the reference purpose. Candidates must refer the official website for further updates.
