The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) 2017 website today. The home page of the website contains notices from the MHRD about few changes in the exam pattern and composition this year. The site clearly states that no weightage will be given to class 12 marks in calculating JEE Main ranks.
Furthermore, registration dates for the exam have also been released. The online application process will start from December 1, 2016 and will end on January 02, 2017, while the examination fee can be paid upto January 03, 2017. See image below;
The JEE Main 2017 exam offline and online Paper 1 is scheduled to be held on April 2, 2017 and April 8/9, 2017 respectively.
