To be eligible for the AISECT University Entrance Exam (AJEE) 2024 for engineering course admissions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

• Candidates must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and secured a minimum of 45% marks.
• For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, the minimum required percentage is 40%.

Masters of Engineering (ME)

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.
• For SC/ST candidates, the minimum required percentage is 40%.

Engineering Diploma Programme

• Candidates are eligible if they have completed their 10th standard (SSC) with a minimum of 35% marks.

Note: Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying examination in the same year as they intend to appear for the AISECT University Entrance Exam are also eligible to meet the AJEE 2024 eligibility criteria.

List of Qualifying Examinations Accepted for AISECT University Admissions 2024

1. Class 12 Level Exam

   • The 10+2 pattern exam from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as CBSE, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.
   • General category candidates must secure at least 45%, while SC/ST/OBC candidates require a minimum of 40%.

2. Intermediate or Two-Year Pre-University Exam

   • Conducted by a recognized Board/University.

3. Final Examination of the Two-Year Course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy

4. Public School/Board/University Examination

   • Conducted in India or foreign countries and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 system.

5. HSC Vocational Examination

6. Senior Secondary School Examination by National Open School

   • Must include a passing grade with a minimum of five subjects.
