The AEEE admit card for phase 2 exams is provided to candidates upon completion of the phase 2 slot booking process. Additionally, candidates can obtain the AEEE hall ticket from the official website, the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP). To access the AOAP, candidates need to log in using their registered mobile number/email.

On the exam day, candidates are required to carry a printed copy of the AEEE admit card. This document includes essential information such as the AEEE exam date, time, and centre address. Candidates must ensure to report to the designated centre according to the instructions provided in the admit card. After downloading the admit card, candidates should carefully review all the details to ensure accuracy and consistency with the information provided in their AEEE application form. If any discrepancies are noticed, candidates should promptly raise a ticket in the online query management system for resolution. It is crucial to keep the admit card safe until the admission process concludes.

Candidates would need to follow the below steps to book exam date and slot:

1. Candidates would need to login with the application number and date of birth.
2. Candidates now can select the test centre and click on the continue button.
3. In case of any issue the candidates are advised not to use the browser back button but instead close the browser and login again.
4. The next step would be to select the test date. Candidates can select the test date based on the availability in the next screen.
5. Candidates should note that the allotment of date and time slot will be done only on the first-come-first-serve basis.
6. Candidates to confirm the slot and click on the confirm slot but should check the selection of the test centre, date and time before the confirmation.
7. Candidates should note that the once the slot booking is confirmed it will not be changed under any circumstances.
8. Once the slot booking is confirmed candidates would get the option to print the admit card.

The registered candidates can select the test centre, date and time slot according to their choice and subject to availability during the slot booking. The details of test centre, number of days, and number of operating slots in a day will be finalised based on the number of candidates registered in a computer-based test centre. In case the test centre is cancelled due to very less registrations then the candidates who opted will be allotted the near centre. Candidates will be informed about the change individually through the registered email id and registered mobile number.

The hall ticket or the admit card will contain the information like the candidate’s name, candidate’s registration number, exam date, exam centre address and other important details. Candidates should note that the candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall only through the admit card.

It is highly recommended that the candidates keep the admit card safe with themselves as they would need the same at the time of counselling process also. Candidates would not be allowed for the counselling round without the admit card. Candidates would also need to carry one of the identity cards along with the hall ticket in the examination hall which can be voter if card, Aadhar card, ID card allotted by the school last attended, any other reliable document which proves identity.

The AEEE 2024 admit card for phase 2 exams has been released by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on its official website. The slot booking facility for AEEE concluded successfully on April 27, 2024.

Certain phases of AEEE 2024 are expected to be conducted in a remote proctored mode, and candidates are required to adhere to the IBT mode guidelines for AEEE 2024 to participate in the exam from their homes.

Candidates must ensure they possess valid AEEE admit cards and identification proofs as they will be denied entry to the examination hall without them. The AEEE hall ticket must be presented during AEEE 2024 counseling sessions.
