The VEE 2024 Application Form will be available for release in December 2024. It can be obtained through both online and offline modes.

Here are the steps for online submission of the VEE 2024 exam application form:

1. Visit the official website at www.velsuniv.ac.in.
2. Navigate to the Admission section and click on “Apply Now.”
3. Fill in the required information in the application form, including:
   • Name (as mentioned on the class 12th mark sheet)
   • Postal Address (complete correspondence address with pin code)
   • Date of Birth (select from the drop-down menu in DD MM YYYY format)
   • Contact Information (STD Code, Phone Number, Mobile Number, and Email Address)
   • Gender
   • Parent’s Name, Occupation, and Annual Income
   • Religion
   • Board of Examination appeared
   • Nationality
   • Medium of Instructions (language of study like Sanskrit, Hindi, English, or Marathi, etc.)
   • Mother Tongue
   • Details of Qualifying Exam (Name of Qualifying exam, Roll Number, Year of passing/appearing)
   • Community (category like OC / OBC / SC / ST)
   • Percentage of Marks obtained
   • State (applicant domicile state)
   • Sports Achievement (if any, University, State, National, International level)
   • Select Exam Center (3 centers can be opted)
   • Select the Course applying for
4. Upload scanned images of Self Photograph, Signature (Self and Parent/Guardian).
5. Review the information provided.
6. Proceed to the payment section.
7. Make payment using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.

Offline Mode:

• The application form can be purchased by paying the prescribed amount from the office of VELS University.
• Alternatively, applicants can request the VEE 2024 application form by post. They can send a Demand Draft (DD) for the application fee of VEE 2024, as per the program they are applying for, to the postal address of VELS University.
• Complete the form in the same manner as described for the online application form.
• Attach photocopies of all required academic records and include three passport-size self-photographs along with two self-addressed stamped envelopes.
• Obtain a DD of the prescribed fee for VEE 2024 from any bank in the name of “Vels University”, payable at Chennai.
• Mail it to the Chennai address of VELS University: VELS University Velan Nagar, P.V.Vaithiyalingam Road, Pallavaram, Chennai-600 117, Tamil Nadu, India

Application Fee:

• The application fee for VEE varies depending on the course.
• The range for the online application form is between INR 500 to INR 1000.
• The application form requested from the university by post costs INR 550. Any additional fees must be sent as a DD along with the filled-in application form.
