All the best to the waitlisters...... Crishna some friend of mine told me that somebody who is waitlisted at number 10 is not joining(has FMS) am not very sure abt the name ..but pls confirm if the person is already there in your list..if not then the list moves up by nine.....

Kewl man ! I am taking in all these changes .. Even Multimedia have told that he is not coming to XL... So the list is growing slowly .... I will repost the status after all other IIMs come out with the result.

at most 40 people are responding in this group and even if we take that most of them joins xl and take another 30 who r not respoding but joinging as most of the people who are actually intrested in xl will only open this thread and respond regularly still we have 50 peole left who may have IIM calls and convert them not to join xl,or even if we take other way round even if only IIM A B C people dont join XL do you think out of 200 guys each in A B & C there are not even 10-12 guys each in A B & C who have converted there XL calls even if we take that out of 200 only 100 had appeared for xat.
so guys relax and keep ur fingers crossed with spirits high
Hmm, point! I too mentioned this logic earlier on some other thread, that people not taking interest in or responding to XLRI thread could be the ones who have, either, better calls or are not PGites. So, definitely, by the end of the day the waitlist clearance would go above expected!! 😃 I feel it should go, no less than, 45 for BM and 20 for PMIR.:grin:

This is my first post on PG...... Mywaitlist is 67.........yesterday I received my L letter..i am supposed to send a DD of Rs 20k by 2oth April....
i am planning to start a poll on PG, where all those who are sending the fees can mark ther attendence....
The various polling options would be:
a) I got through and have deposited fees b) i am wait listed (1-10) and have deposited fees c) i am wait listed (10-20) and have deposited fees d) i am wait listed (20-30) and have deposited fees...and so on Wat u say junta..Ne suggestions.........
I know a wait lister 22, this guy has 5 calls, so most probably he will not be joining...One more girl has FMS waitlist 15 and BM convert..her preference is FMS...So most probably, this means two up for all waitlisters :grab:
is it true that they are asking to deposit even for Wlers....Ghor anyaya...I realy don't believe it !! if itzz true can some one tell what all are required..? and is it necessary to do it in person?...ppl r yet to get letters...and trusting the Indian postal service..I don't think 20 th april is a apt deadline !...nyways..plz answer my queries who got the letters..I m WL 65 in XL and 28 in FMS...having...two birds in bush..none in Hand 😃

Hey could you please clarify if its mandatory for the waitlist guys to pay 20k to be eligible for next round or is it optional..
I still havent received my WL letter....and if its mandatory to pay the fees then i guess i am running out of time...

If you wanna keep your WL seat intact pay 20 K and register yourself ! or else you will not be considered when WL moves up ! And since you are in WL 3 for PMIR, U can pay it up .....
CASES :
1. If you are not offered admissions ... 20 K will come back to you !
2. If you are offered admissions and u ditch it ... 10 K will be refunded

I know a guy(non PG) in Cal who has converted IIM-A so u can be assured that he would not be joining XLRI so that takes the count to 11 :D
P.S. Keep praying that I convert C (yes this the one i truly desire) or L after i was shown the door by A and K so that the waitlist below me can move 1 slot higher
