The date for filling XIMB forms is well past, so NO, u cannot fill XIMB forms now.

My overall %ile in XAT 2009 is 98.6, In VA nQuant i got 97.6 but in :snipersm:reasoning its a lowly 86
I have a work ex of 20 months as a trainer.

Do i stand a chance to get a call from XL or XIM or GIM????

You definitely stand a chance for a call from XIM. As for the other two institutes, I suggest you post your query on the relevant threads.

You have not mentioned your sectionals. Looking at your overall, you stand a very good chance of a call!!!

With the domicile, there shouldn't be any problem for you in getting a call.

Interviews are held around late Feb, early March. They are held in most major cities in India.

Guys, last year the overall cutoff was 96.2 pcle. I expect it to go up this year. Hence, both your percentiles are on the borderline. Hope you make it through. ATB!!!

Experience does carry it's weight, but only in GD-PI, not for giving out the calls. Not possible to get a call at this percentile!

Confirmed with the admissions office today, the calls for the GD-PI will be out in the first week of Feb and the process will start most probably in the first week of march only.

Please do go thru some of the last posted messages before putting up any general queries! Once again, list of shortlisted candidates is expected to be declared in first week of Feb.

Also, there is no such data of conversion from general or domicile! What I can say is deserving candidates will def be thru! No such ratio of general to domicile is maintained!

I am afraid that you might not see yourself through for the first round,as last year's cut-off 96.2 %ile and the general trend is that cut-offs rise so very less chances..

XIMB generally gives around 700-800 calls for 120 seats..might be higher this time due to increase in number of seats..as we do not know the percentage of people for general candidates(so to say) so cannot comment on conversion ratio..but seriously do not contemplate on your chances and try for your best shot..if you are good we will see you here all the best
