Two students of the 39th batch of IRMA's flagship PGDRM, Prashant Jangir and Hemang Chauhan, are undergoing their Village Fieldwork Segment (VFS) with the Urmul Seemant Samiti in Rajasthan.
In this video, they share the organic farming initiative by Urmul and how, coupled with solar lighting and rainwater harvesting, it is making a difference to the nearby areas.

Two participants from the 39th batch of IRMA’s flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM); Anjuna V K Anju and Arjun Sasikumar won the second prize at the 4th National Social Enterprise Idea Challenge hosted by Azim Premji University, Bengaluru.
The idea they pitched was a social enterprise that would create warehousing ecosystem for farmers of semi-perishable Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) category, such as onions. The enterprise would facilitate procurement, store the produce and generate market leads when prices peak, enabling better price realisation for the farmers.

Hi guys, I'm a student at XLRI BM program I will give you some insight information regarding XLRI : 1. Admin of the XLRI has put in 'segregation' wherein girls and boys can't even eat in the same mess, let alone going into each other's rooms 2. Even if couples hold each other's hands, guards on campus flash torch lights and bad mouth them 3. Apparently, two students died in the last few years and that was because of girl - boy meeting (now you know how the 'fathers' of xlri think) and that's why we have segregation apparently 4. Infrastructure is shit. Library is very old and has books belonging to the 19th century. 5. Admin wants just money in the name of 'the greater good'
