In my case I have studied official language from 3rd standard to 9th standard in my primary and secondary school (I also have final exam marksheets from 3rd to 9th in which official language is one of the subject among all), but in 10th there was an option for Hindi and official language and I had opted for hindi. So what should I tick in "Certificate evidencing having studied official language" column? ....... Yes or No.
