@is4 oh... ok. i'm a 2010 batch MTT. prepare your basics well and try focussing on aptitude questions as they can make it or break it for you in the exams. heavy weightage is given to written exams. so focus well on your preparation for the written exams

@devillzzz GD takes place in 2 stages- 1) a general group discussion(topics would be mostly concerning the present social/economical policies.. so pick up a good magazine and read through it) and 2)a case study.
pi would be mostly technical and if you are a fresher would focus around your core subject competencies and if you are an experienced candidate would include your previous job profile.
all in all pi would be very basic but GD could be challenging based upon your group. I stress again that written exam's marks are given a lot of weightage so if your written exam has been good just keep the basics simple.
One very common question asked in the interviews "Do you have any problems with remote area postings?"... even if you do i would suggest you to answer in an affirmative.. :)

my group had a case study where-in we were required to provide a solution to a problem that was presented to us... we were to asked to work in a group and arrive at a common solution ... it was something based upon opening a new hospital in a village and the possible ways to gather funds for it.... we were given 2-3 solutions and were asked to advocate for the best solution and also think of some other solutions not presented to us that would be viable in that situation.

@amitpunk 'SAIL' wont be disclosing the written test marks!!!!! If u want ur marks then u can know it after our interviews are over.....!!!!
@sheshadre Thanks a lot sir for spending ur time on this thread..... Can u please tell us the type of questions which we are going to face in the interview!!!!!! Will the interviewers ask us to tell our favourite subject and then ask questions from those subjects???
yeah... marks to disclose hote hue suna nahi kabhi... ab sarkari company hai yaar... kya kya possible hai kisko pata!
