GEM, 3 years Workex, 9.8/86/72 XAT Percentile: 96.7 GD/PI: Very good Is there any chance for BM conversion? Considering that the median percentile is generally around 98.5, would a decent workex and good GD/PI affect my selection chances?

New to Pagalguy. I request your response. Profile: 10/12/Grad (Law background) - 10GPA/91%/66%. XAT - 99.561%ile. GD+Wat - Great. PI - I would say it was good. Asking only for *HRM*. BM PI didn't go well as professor Vallabh tried to mock me and my thoughts even though I think I was rightfully taking the good side. So, not asking responses for that.

P1:- why did you go SRM University? People come delhi to study but you went outside. Don't you like Delhi?
Me:- Sir I had offer in IP University also but I choose to go SRM University. It has changed me alot and that decision was right.
P1:- I don't like delhi Tell me how Delhi people are better than Chennai people.
Me:- Sir Delhi people has more hospitality if we compare to Chennai people. Delhi people are more extrovert and I have also seen people in Chennai to be more reserve towards their culture. Chennai people are polite as compared to Delhi people.
P1:- Don't you think hr manager should recruit from Chennai more as they are more polite.
Me:- Sir in an organisation we need both type s introverts and extroverts. Extroverts can bind the team and motivate others.
P1:- Team building activities aren't related to HR, these are required in other room(refering to BM interview panel).

P2:- so tell me if you have a lock which contains 3 numbers to unlock it, then how many patterns I need to check to unlock it.

P2:- how are you coming up with this number, I don't think this is right. You have 9.4 cgpa in graduation and you don't know this. Do you know if what is an algorithm.
Me:- yes sir, a blueprint of the code.(as a coder, it was right. But he was looking for some other answer)

Me:- sir I will tell my team that I have got the report that our work was not up to the mark and the quality was not good. As we all know we were not able to meet our deadlines, we need to put our best efforts to get the things done.
P3:- assume your 2 teammates took earned leave and other teammate is not well, he said he will come late and leave early. How will you manage it.
Me:- Sir have they taken leave for 1 or 2 days?
P3:- no for 10 days
Me:- and how long the project is?
P3:- 3 months
Me:- Sir I will ask teammates who are on leave to do work from home and do some work so that we could be on track when they come back and I will give that kind of work which can be completed in the time frame which will allow the person who is not well, to work and complete the tasks.
P3:- why would they put extra effort?
Me:- when there is sense of ownership in a person he will do the work.
P3:- but ownership is individual's choice, leave it. Why do you think company gives benefits such as sudexo coupons or healthcare benefits.
Me:- to motivate employees.
P3:- but employees can also be motivated if you give them cash instead of benefits.
Me:- Yes sir, but companies also want a healthy workforce. Many people won't buy medical insurance..so that's why companies take this into their hand.
