All the document proofs of your educational qualifications such as 10th & 12th marksheet with passing certificate, Graduation marksheet with passing certificate, Work-ex certificate if applicable, Resident certificate(for Domicile quota), valid proofs of your achievements and awards are required for the entire process and during admission as well.

GMAT cut off for XIM goes around 650 marks and above for HR, so chances of getting a call at 620 is quite difficult. Even though Acads are quite great and you have work ex. you have to cross the overall cutoff at 68%. Check out your Gmat percentile and hope for the best!

My Cat Score is 91 percentile and my 10th and 12th score is 81% and Graduation is 7.57 CGPA,Engg Background,From Odisha , Male Candidate,Work Ex 40 months.
My Cat scores are clearing all the cutt off for the past 4 years but in 2018 the VA cuttoff was 80 percentile for Odisha Student and I have 79.85 percentile but after 2018 the VA cuttoff was always 75 percentile.Do you guys think that this year cutt off will be same as of previous year??

The last year’s score which cleared the NMAT cutoff criteria for admission to XIM University MBA-RM was 210 marks and above.

And for the final selection, it’s approximately 70% of CAT result and 30% of academic weightage is taken into consideration.

You have a good score but the cut-off criteria varies every year so cannot confirm anything as of now.
Be well prepared for any questions related to your degree and current affairs. Questions depend on the panel so, will differ accordingly.

What will be the expected PI date for 2023?
Last year the VA cutoff for HRM was 70% for domicile male eng; We can expect the cutoff to be somewhere around it. Hope for the best and wait for the cutoffs’ release. All the best!
You can expect a call for Rural management as per previous year cutoffs. Overall cutoff for HRM non dom NE was 228. However, you can be hopeful and apply to both the streams since the cutoffs every year keep on changing. Best of Luck!
