  1. Yes, different cut offs for different courses
  2. No, the waitlist varies from program to program.
  3. You will only get a shortlist if you have applied to a certain program and clear the eligibility criteria for the same. You have the liberty to choose which program to go for if you get multiple shortlists.

Domicile Male, Engineer is usually around 75 (VA), 58 (DILR), 60 (QA), 81 (Overall)
Domicile Male, Non Engineer is usually around 75 (VA), 55 (DILR), 55 (QA), 76 (Overall)
Domicile Female, Engineer is usually around 70 (VA), 55 (DILR), 60 (QA), 77(Overall)
Domicile Female, Non Engineer is usually around 70 (VA), 52 (DILR), 52 (QA), 72 (Overall)

This is through CAT exam.
