I have 6.3 cgpa which is equivalent to 63% but according to criteria of vgsom admission candidate should have more than 6.5 cgpa or over 60%. Am I eligible?

Can someone from adcom please mention how to convert the CAT percentile to a 20 scale, which IIT Kgp does during PI calls. It will help us in calculating our AR scores and take informed decisions.

AR cut-offs for GEN and EWS are one and the same?
The final graduation certificate I have has just the CGPA mentioned in it out of the total CGPA, i.e 10. Now as per our university, the final conversion is supposed to subtract 0.75 to get to the percentage terms. I have already mailed our college once, and they said the same, but there doesn't seem any proof for it anywhere in the semester grade cards or the final certificate. So shall I request for a proof in the form of a mail from the college or shall I proceed with the CGPA itself?
