I think that the cutoff for General should decrease because this time 99 percentile is around 43% marks unlike last year where 99 percentile was around 52% marks.
So I feel the score out of 20 will decrease accordingly this year, but fingers crossed.

Hi..
So I found this amazing blog regarding the transparent stats of last year:
http://www.rgcareerconsultants.ml/2021/01/vgsom-iit-kharagpur.html?m=1
If we reference this, we can se that the min CS for final selection is 55/100 in last year's admission process.
Seeing as how I have calculated mine to be 33.8/60 for now (40 marks PI still remaining), I should aim for atleast a 25 mark PI to get a safe score for selection... Although I dont know how difficult it is to score 25/40 in a PI😅.
What are you guys' thoughts?
