Hi, the TAPMI Admissions Portal Website seems to have crashed, probably due to the form filling deadline today. Will the deadline be extended by any chance? I was about to make the form payment when the crash error occured.

Hi, while any score above 80 percentile in CAT increases the chance of getting a call, TAPMI’s selection is profile based. So, you do have a chance of getting shortlisted!

Hi, there is no set cut off for GMAT as selection is mostly profile based. However, a score in the range of around 630 would increase the chance of getting a call.

There is no set cutoff as of now. The selection is done majorly on the basis of the candidate profile. Although, a percentile above 80 increases the chance of converting.

There is no set cutoff as of now, although for NMAT, a score above 200 increases the possibility of conversion .This year, the selection is majorly based on the candidate’s profile. You can expect the shortlist to be out by Mid-Feb.

First of all, Congratulations on being shortlisted. Coming to the preparation for GDPI, please be thorough with Current affairs, questions can be related to your work experience(if any), Graduation and related to your CV and SOP. The panelists are looking for the following qualities :-

  1. Familiarity with good books on business management
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Being a good listener- this will help you to identify factors, determinants, contexts, advantages, or disadvantages of a certain topic.
  4. Ability to structure your thoughts – you must pick up where the previous speaker ends. You must create that bridge which makes it easier for people to understand how your thoughts fit into the broader conversation.
  5. If you have developed any interest in one thing, outside academics, and follow it passionately.
  6. Ability to take responsibility and think for a wider range of stakeholders.
