In a recent session at Sparsh Global Business School, hosted by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and Sparsh Global Business School, we had the privilege of hearing from Ms. Neeta Mathur, founder of People Solutions. With over two decades of HR expertise, she underscored the importance of effective communication in entrepreneurship. Ms. Mathur explained how clear communication fosters trust, collaboration, and innovation—essential elements for building successful ventures and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and clients.
We also welcomed Mr. Anurag Vaish, founder of Mentza, who shared insights on leveraging AI to enhance communication skills.
