Statement: The NGO has donated Rs. 2 lac to the needy people of the state. This is 10 percent of the Emergency Fund that is maintained by the NGO.
Which conclusion can be drawn from the above statements?
--> The amount (Rs. 2 lac) that the NGO has donated is from the Emergency Fund that it maintains. Therefore, at present only 90% of the Fund is with them.
OR
--> It means that the NGO has donated an amount (Rs. 2 lac) which is equal to 10% of the Emergency Fund (not from the Emergency Fund itself). Therefore, at present the entire Fund is with them.
