ACP Pradyuman was dealing with a very complicated case. The sole witness in the crime was a person called Mr. Sharma. Mr Sharma was more than willing to interview as the witness. However there was a grave problem. He had a personality disorder and he lived two different identities going by the names of Jekyll and Hyde. At any moment he was either Jekyll or Hyde but never Mr. Sharma. It was known that one of these identities was a compulsive liar and the other identity always spoke the truth. The case was a high profile criminal case involving a top politician and the country had its hopes pinned on ACP Pradyuman's investigative skills. The mental state of the only witness was definitely not going to make the ACP's task any easy.

Mr. Sharma was called for an interview. At the outset he gave the choice of interviewing either Jekyll or Hyde to the ACP and said, "Jekyll will lie or Hyde will tell you the truth." Daya, the ACP's trusted assistant, immediately retorted, "Interview Hyde!" The ACP however knew better. There was a problem here. They did not know whether Sharma was speaking as Jekyll or as Hyde!

Who should the ACP interview, Jekyll or Hyde? Or does it not matter? Or is it a lost battle?

Any way to solve this problem quickly (without using equations, if possible)? @amodanand06 @nix2919
