I am trying to compress the image under 200kb and the resolution is getting highly deteriorate...please suggest me what can i do in this situation? Should I upload the deteriorated image? The problem is happening only in the Consolidated Graduate Marksheets' image.

I had submitted my Application form on 19th march and my category is NC-Obc. CAT-92.78 percentile
As there was no specific section mentioned to upload category certificate I haven't uploaded it, Do I need to present it at the time of interview or should I mail it ?
Was there no reservation in previous year's NIBM admissions? I think I saw on Shiksha that 2018, 2019 batches had a separate cutoff for OBC/SC/ST candidates- but I'm reading over here that reservation is just introduced this year. A little confused!

Dear Nibm team,
I had entered my work experience related details while filling the application form and saved and reverified the all the details before the payment. These details aren't displaying in the final application letter. The Work Experience certificate is however attached to the uploaded documents PDF.
Please let me know how this can be rectified and if I'll get a chance to edit the details again or not.
