in the form under references I have mentioned the names and numbers of people from my work organization who have given me kt in initial phase and mentioned them as colleagues. I sthat ok. Or should I be giving those who are of senior level to me.

Hi Team,

Can you please share the final selection criteria which lists the weightages of the components involved- CAT, PI, ACADS, WORK EX. This will be really helpful as I couldnot find it on MHRM website whereas VGSOM has clearly stated the admission criteria on it's page.
