Hello Haimi,
These are a few PI strategies that you might use during your interviews.
- Present yourself well: First impressions are formed by 7% of what you say. 38% of your eloquence and confidence, 55% of how you dress, act and walk through the door.
- Know your skills and strengths: Be able to talk about your strengths, most proud accomplishments, areas of interest, personal values and areas of development.
- Answer as honestly as you can: At times, the interviewer may ask specific personal questions. In that case, be frank, be honest about your intentions, your opinions and avoid being too diplomatic in answering the questions.
- Use S.T.A.R format: a good answer to behavioral questions includes stating the situation, task, action and result
