Hi adcom. I got offer letter for DCP. I want myself to be considered in the waitlist for Core or BFS, should I accept the offer for DCP? Will accepting it remove me from the waitlist of other courses?

I have received the mail for being selected for the Banking program which I didn’t even apply for. Are the mails because of a system glitch or some other issue has come into play? Please elaborate

There has been an instance with multiple people that the selection mails are for programs we didn’t even apply for. Also, the portal doesn’t indicate any declared results. Could someone from AdCom please elaborate about the issue here?

Hello Ankit,

There was no such option to apply for Banking or any other specialisation. It’s just if you remember we filled in the preference of course in order. So, you might be in wait list for PGDM CORE and has converted it for BIFS. Something like that.
However Adcomm might elaborate it further.

I got call for BFS but I don’t want this programme so can i not pay fees for this and wait for next lists to get core?

If I am offered DCP programme does that mean i have not been selected into the other programmes
Is the process for all programmes done
Is there a waiting list
If i decide not to join DCP, will it affect my chances at other courses

Whatever program you have been offered today is the last offer. In case you don’t accept the offer, you won’t be considered for any other program.
The program offered will not be changed under any circumstances.

If you’ve not received any mail yet, we want you to wait for 24 to 48 hours. You’ll receive a mail or your result tab on candidate portal will get updated. We’ll inform you about this by Tomorrow EOD.

But why is someone being offered something he or she did not even apply for ? We also know that offered lists are dynamic in all institutions.

@Akshat_Rawat. Sir, I have received a mail for admission for PGDM (BFS), does this mean that I won’t get admission letter from any other programs ?

Also, how can I check my waitlist movement, if I am being waitlisted for any other programs at IMT Ghaziabad ?

Just wanted to ask , when will the " Result tab " be active on portals? I can’t see it and hence I can’t accept the offer .

Well, I had applied for multiple programs (Pgdm, BFS etc). Does that mean I wont be waitlisted for the other programs I had applied? And where can one view the wait list information.
