Unlike few other universities, the dual degree offered by SME, IITJ is offered by partnering foreign universities such as George Washington University, Brandeis international business school & University of Albany,SUNY. Students get international exposure and are offered with technical degrees like MBA Tech.

Is this a residential and how is hostel? I am from TN and not sure about staying in north

Yes. There are hostels in the campus. Every room has a sleeping cot, table, chair and an almirah. Rooms are also enabled with one AC and a wall mount fan. House keeping staff will provide service during day time. Lifts are also available round the clock.
Students are from all over India, and there are also good number of South Indian students.

Curriculum is designed in such a way that Entrepreneurship has good consideration. There are incubation centers and hubs for those who would want to start their own startups. Summits and other events are organised through out the year to showcase/nurture an entrepreneurial ideas/activities.
