IIMK PGP-BL offered me a career defining experience. It gave a smooth runway and a push start to my Product Management Career. As a Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, I’m building an e-commerce platform for world’s largest health-tech player for one of their core businesses.
Through its various learning initiatives, PGP-BL MBA equipped me with an armoury to build a Product career.
Subjects like Digital Business Transformation helped me understand the strategies which digital businesses adopt to scale their growth in form of more users, higher revenues and better quality - which is immensely getting utilised in my current role.
Capstone Simulation helped me analyse how a decision taken for a certain business function affects the other function. It now maps to how my product development affects sales and overall business in my current organization.
Winning B-School Case Competitions during MBA helped me understand and solve real world problem statements, training me to have a structure to my technology solutions all through my role.

Confused, so seeking guidance; as this is a one-year course, is it recommended to have 5+ years of work ex for the same as I am looking for leadership prospects in the IT Sector.

The course is designed for candidates with 3-7 yrs of work experience, the placement cell takes keen interest in placing student into mid management and senior leadership level positions. Having 5 yrs of work experience puts you in the right spot.

Your chance of getting selected depends upon your over all profile, essays, work experience and interview.
Do we have to do an internship as part of this programme?
I got 76.57%ile in CAT '21.
poor acads(75% || 79.8% || 65.1%) 2.5 Work Ex currently.
Should I gain some work Ex and try 2-3 years down the line.
When will the results of Phase 2 PGP -BL Be announced like approx schedule and how will we be informed via mail or via Student Portal on admissions page ? Can we apply for phase 3 if already applied for phase 2 and results are not yet out?
