Anyone who paid EOI and recieved admission offer but didn't pay 40k rupees, how to withdraw EOI amount of 10k, because now withdrawl option is not available on dashboard

I paid the 40k yesterday but now there is no link to pay remaining fees.There is just a message box which reads dowload acceptance form. Anyone else facing the same issue while paying the fees?

Plz help me in taking decision I hv converted both iim jammu and bg 1. Where should I join? 2. If I pay to jammu the term 1 fee and something would be found wrong at the time of registration like I hv given improvement exam in class 12th in three subjects so I hv two marksheet. Will there be any problem in it. Or the problem can be of nc obc certificate. Then, my candidature will be cancelled and no refund would be initiated bcz last date of withdrawal in iim jammu was 11th july. Plz tell me what should I do
