Since you stay on a ship for 7–8 months you could go for an online or distance MBA. Unfortunately, IFMR does not offer such a program.

The IFMR GSB interview typically includes questions on your background, academic/work experience, and knowledge of current affairs. Also be well-versed with the usual HR questions. Be prepared with these and you are good to go!
