Why hasn’t the waitlist updated since March 24 th? And when will the next update be out!
Synergy-The HR committee of IFMR-GSB brings together students interested in the field of Human Resources Management and inspires them to realize their potential through various activities conducted by the committee throughout the year. The plethora of activities ranges from Seminars, Conferences, Guest lectures to HR Quizzes, Games, etc. By participating in these events, students acquire and Implement important skills relating to HR like Decision-making, Leadership, Conflict Management, Critical Thinking, Time Management and Interpersonal Communication.These events are perfect platform to use the concepts and theories of leadership, Human behaviour and organisational management which they learn in academic courses of HR. And most Importantly, these events not just teaches you the understanding of others behaviour but also makes one aware of their own behaviour as a team player or leader.Imbibed with such skills, students are better prepared for the corporate world. It also broadens their perspective which is helpful in the overall development of the individual.

The E-Cell, or the entrepreneurship committee of IFMR-GSB, plays a crucial role in fostering a spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among students. As the world becomes increasingly competitive, entrepreneurship has become a critical skill set for students to have. The committee promotes an entrepreneurial mindset among students by encouraging them to think creatively and outside the box.
This year the E-Cell has organised an intra-college event called ‘Entre-Freak’, which was similar to an elevator pitch competition. They also organised their flagship inter-college B-plan competition, ‘Shark Minds 2.0’, under Abhyudaya 2023.
