My profile: 

10th - 85.4% (CGPA 9 out of 10)

12th - 91.6%

Grad - 76.4%

Work exp- None

CMAT score - 213; 85-90 percentile


My questions -

1) Do I have chances of getting shortlisted in the general round? I want to wait till April for other results also so I guess I've to skip EDR.

2) If I'm good for general round, should I apply after 7th Feb?

3) Most importantly, is IFMR good for HR? Are there good placements in HR?

Is it worth joining IFMR if I want to persue finance and get a good job in one of big firms as per mentioned in the college placement record(me being an engineering fresher)? I have talked with few alumnis and they said every year there are 10-20 unplaVed students from the college. Also I looked Upto Quora and found some answers related to it too...WHAT IS THE ACTUAL PLACEMENT SCENARIO?
