The nine IBS campuses follow the same program structure. IBS Ahmedabad, Pune, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Gurgaon offer the PGPM, while the remaining four campuses provide the MBA program. Though the degree titles vary, the curriculum and delivery are identical, as reflected in our placement achievements across all campuses.
All IBS campuses are managed by the ICFAI Foundation Society. While the program delivery remains consistent across campuses, physical infrastructure may vary based on UGC norms and university status.
Each class/section across all IBS campuses is limited to 60 students. IBS Hyderabad and Mumbai tend to have the highest number of sections (15-17), as they are preferred by more students. Other campuses like Jaipur, Pune, and Gurgaon typically have 5-7 sections, while Kolkata and Ahmedabad usually offer 2-3 sections each.
The IBS selection process is based on graduate marks, Personal Interview (PI), and Micro Presentation (MP) scores. While IBSAT cut-off is not mandatory, candidates only need to qualify in IBSAT. The final selection will reflect a candidate’s overall performance across these components.
Yes, IBS accepts CAT scores from 2022 onwards. If you have an older score, simply apply for IBSAT and submit your score to receive a selection process call letter soon.
We also accept NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, and GMAT™ scores.
The difficulty level is easy to moderate in all sections.
You can look up the mock tests and previous year questions for the entrance preparation and you’ll be good to go.
