Admission Process – Indus Business Academy (IBA)
About the Program:
Indus Business Academy (IBA), Bangalore, is a premier management institution known for its rigorous academics, industry-driven curriculum, and strong emphasis on student development. PGDM, its flagship program is the two-year Full-time programme , designed by leading academicians from top business schools across the country.
IBA offers a residential PGDM program, providing students with a transformative learning experience in a dynamic campus environment. This program not only equips students with essential corporate skills but also fosters a sense of community through shared living spaces. With a holistic approach to education, IBA prepares individuals for the corporate world while immersing them in an engaging and vibrant campus life.
Eligibility Criteria:
A graduate degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
Final-year students can also apply.
IBA accepts scores from the following entrance exams:
CAT 2024 / XAT 2025 / CMAT 2025 / NMAT by GMAC 2024
MAT (Sept 2024, Dec 2024, Feb 2025) / ATMA 2025
GMAT (after Sept 2023) / GATE 2023-24
State government entrance tests
Application Process:
Applications are available online only, with a fee of ₹1,050.
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, or UPI.
Selection Process:
Candidates are shortlisted based on their academics, extracurricular/work experience, entrance exam scores and are invited for:
Group Discussion (GD) – Assesses communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Personal Interview (PI) – Evaluates motivation, career goals, and overall suitability for the programme
Result & Admission:
The final selection is based on a combination of entrance exam scores, GD/PI performance, academic record and extracurricular activities or work experience.
Selected candidates will receive an offer letter via email and post.
To confirm admission, candidates must accept the offer and pay the admission fee within the specified deadline.
