Kindly send a email to “refund@gim.ac.in” with relevant details.
An application form link will be sent to the student. After they fill the application, refund will be processed. We follow AICTE guidelines in this regard.

Thanks , the last update was 13 days ago….on 19th , based on your reply on the update schedule of 15 days, can we concur that the waitlist updates would reach us on 4th may. The issue is that the converted colleges give us specific timelines for payment of fees , hence it becomes critical that you give us dates , so as to plan the cash flow , in case of a convert , well in advance.

Appreciate , keeping in mind the 15 day deadline as stated , the status should be out on 4th. We just want a status as on 4th , even if there is no change from the last announcement on 19th april. This will allow us to plan , whether we should wait or go ahead with other converts.
