As per placement report IIM Rohtak last year batch strength is 252 but as one of the adcom mentioned it is 240.Which one is right?

Sorry to ask but I come from a lower middle class family and spending 18 lacs for the betterment of my future is a big decision. I have some questions and on the basis of that I want to take my future decision. One is there any ragging in iim because due to it I left my btech before that. Second do placement committee also torture students as said by some of the people on pagalguy Third I did my bcom from a local college but I have good acads can it create problem in placements. Kindly reply seriously.I want my answer specially from seniors.
