Are all the candidates who paid waitlisting willingness fee before 13 May, been offered admissions? I haven’t received any mail, and cannot login into the website. Please help @Diksha_Rao ma’am

I submitted the acceptance amount by DD. By what time should I send the DD to IIM Rohtak, AO? Also, if in case I wish to withdraw, do I still need to send the DD and other documents? What would be the means of refund, if withdrawn?

Why has IIM Rohtak taken 20K when they can't even show the waitlist? Neither their portal works nor there is any mail intimation. I was waitlisted in the first list and now I don't know where I am. Anyone having insights on the process will be a great help.
