We feel great pride to announce that IIM Bodhgaya has achieved a very impressive 100 % summer placements for it's 2018-2020 batch, with an average stipend of Rs. 61420. The average for the top quartile of the batch of 66 students was Rs. 92270 and the highest stipend was Rs. 190000. Large players in various sectors like BFSI, Fintech, Oil & Gas, FMCG,Real estate, Consulting & Logistics participated in the placement process. Some of the big names that hired from our campus are Edelweiss, Maruti Suzuki, E&Y, Sodexo, Kotak Mahindra, Fujitsu,AGS, & Gyan Dairy, ITC amongst numerous others. Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur congratulates its 4th batch for completing 100% placements for Summer Internships. The 2018-2020 batch has a total strength of 93 students who have shown great discipline and dedication in making a mark in the industry.
During this placement season, the institute hosted more than 50 companies including many first time recruiters. Our prominent recruiters were P&G Health, Ericsson, Ernst&Young, Aditya Birla Group, Hindalco, AGS, HDFC Bank, BRPL, ITC, Airtel, BPCL, ToneTag among many other companies. The students were offered highly coveted roles across various domains such as BFSI, Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Business Development, Consulting, Operations, and HR.
The average stipend of the batch stood at Rs. 59,789 with the highest being Rs. 1,68,000. The average of the top quartile of the batch is Rs. 1,07,413 while the top 50% of the batch secured an average stipend of Rs. 83,567.

Second shortlist of Stage 3 admission process for IIM Nagpur PGP 2019-21 has been released. Emails have been sent to all the shortlisted candidates. So, as of now, all those who haven’t got a shortlist on email are out of the admission process.
For candidates shortlisted in today’s list, the deadline to fill and submit the candidate application form is 11 AM, April 28th, 2019. For their reference persons, the deadline to fill the questionnaire sent on their respective email ids is 5 PM, April 28th, 2019. (Reference persons will receive the link once candidates submit their application).
Don’t wait for the last minute; submit your applications on time. Prepare well for WAT/PI. All the best!!

This placement season, the institute hosted 49 companies including many first time recruiters who doled out a total of 69 offers to the students of IIM Sambalpur. The prominent ones are Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Vedanta, Reliance Jio, OYO Rooms, Ericsson, Motilal Oswal, IQVIA, Newgen, Evalueserve, Parekh Group, HDFC Bank, SBI Life, Aarthi Industries and AGS Transact among many other companies. The students were offered highly coveted roles across various domains such as BFSI, Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Marketing Research, Business Development, Operations, and HR.
The average and median CTCs of the batch stood at Rs. 11.33 Lacs and 9.23 Lacs respectively, with the highest international and domestic CTCs being Rs. 58.00 Lacs and 20.00 Lacs respectively. The CTC for the top quartile of the batch stood at Rs. 18.92 Lacs while the top 50% of the batch secured an average salary of Rs. 14.30 Lacs.
