Puys!!! I think we should give up the hopes of these new iims they are not going to be functional this season might come up by next.. was really hoping for some good news in the budget but now all hopes are dashed... 😞

Friends in one of the article in a newspaper regarding IIM-N it said that candidates who have 90-95%ile and who have appeared for the admission process of new iims will have the opportunity to get admitted into IIM-N. the minimum p 

My doubt is that the minimum percentile needed for a general category student to get a call from new iim is 96+. so those students below the 96 didn't get a call. Then whom will they call when there are no one satisfying the condition of having percentile between 90-95 and getting a call for new iim?

Atleast NAGPUR is starting this year for sure. I have friends in VNIT Nagpur who vouch for that. Also, Its mentor is IIM Ahmedabad....Now the first batch of IIM RAIPUR started in OCTOBER....So, timing may play spoilsport here. Other than that, it's certain that IIM nagpur will start this year only.

The waitlisted students in CAP would be given offers to join. So, the chances for new cutoff and GDPI is nill.
