I would say it depends on the course you wish to pursue over LPU which enables you to get into direct admission at LPU. LPU offers several courses from various disciplines usually the most undergraduate programmes you need to qualify an entrance exam i.e LPUNEST or any other exam according to university norms and then only you will be able to get an admission into that particular programme. And there are some other courses as well which facilitates you with the direct admission which is completed on the basis of merit which is marks obtained in 10+2.
But for these programmes also you can also give the LPUNEST exam for scholarship which is an additional benefit for the candidate to get a better scholarship.
