LPU provides a very healthy environment for the research and development in all the areas of the discipline. Let me share something about the Ph.D. program at LPU. Eligibility: a) Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview; b) Other conditions as prescribed in the Guidelines for Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes. (5% relaxation to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer)/ differently-abled candidates) .LPU composed of the best faculties from IIM, IITs and the other best B schools. Maximum faculties are PhD’s or pursuing the same. After that, you have to qualify for the LPUNEST exam if you have not qualified for a national level test such as GATE, UGC NET, CSIR, GPAT, etc. The entrance will have 70% weightage in selection. After that, you have to appear for an interview and qualify for the same and have 30% weightage for the final selection.
