thats some really good work that you guys are doing over here. considering the fact that CAT results would be out by jan beginning there would be a huge no of people who wud be out there needing some infrmation. Hmm... it may be a little bit tough for u guys to handle so much work although with the kind of pressure we have gone through here at FORE i am sure you could easily handle it. So i have decided to come to the assistance of my fellow foreians. so here come the reinforcements to help you... hope some more could come over here but think we could manage it together.

Sumit Bhai , all i remember about ur performance on Genesis was u sitting behind the Pizza Corner stall and gulping down pizza after pizza. anyway u Nexus guys did a great job yaar. as for the events, as a member of foreword i had to cover all the events at genesis, u will get to read them in the forthcoming issue of our college magazine.

nice job dude

genesis was awesome with NM,MDI,ICFAI,IIMs,DCE participating

The quiz master Parnab Mukherjee was fabulous......
so were all the events and games

the most exciting part was "performance by silk route and tantriks.......

Bryan was given the responsibility of the rock shows ......
Bryan did an excellent job .................congrats man.....
the FORE really rocked and so did we

Poor Pandeyjee was very busy and so was his team.....................
FOREWORD our magazine wud arrive soon

BUT at present our placement team is all screwed up with companies flooding in

they are overloaded and overworked..............................
poor chaps are running helter skalter

there are tons of companies coming tommorow at the same time

Hey dude i just went thr ur thread today and it seems to me as fore is great palce to be no doubt its value is also increasing day by day atleast in magzines i dont know real stats but what i think a hostel facility would be an worht invsetment for a college like fore becuase for being a top b-school its necessary for its students to close to each other when u are in hostel u ur realtion with ur batch mates ur seniors faculty increase to a great extent .So once fore gets its hostel i think fore will be in top notch b-schools very soon
hope u dont mind my suggestion

FORE has its own hostel ( a brand new one) but its non residential

btw i was kicked out of JK int
ritesh bhai was very happy about it

The guy who took my interview was Head of HR--JK EZ (east zone):wow:

He said he has been in imi,mdi,imt and was very impressed with the students of FORE

although he selected only one student he gave off campus offer to another one and gave us his card and asked us to contact him later..

Ritesh bhai is obviously pissed as inspite of being from IIT and having 2 years of workx he wasn't shortlisted

I want to know abt how is the batch, I mean what is the portion of freshers and work-ex.

Also Is there anyone in ur batch who have exp. in IT company like infsys,TCS,Wipro?

And what i seen in previous post that one guy is from IIT, is it true? How many from such premier colleges?

Batch profile :

40% work ex in batch of 150

work ex ( avg 1 year)
Companies : Wipro, Satyam, Xansa, NALCO, ETC are in our batch

.

Majority of student are from Sri Ram College of Commerce ( the best in India), and other reputed instis.

aur rahi baat hewitt ke last financial year ke dammadol ki toh sun agar mein yeh nahi karta toh mein gaadi kahan se leta

so pyare na fore bada na curtz

As some one said that more people will be from commerce college , does it mean that placement will be more in finance?

Engineers uys are getting what kind of profile(Especially software guys)?

I am 2005 pass out engineer.

And got placement in one reputed IT company.
