I am Shadab from Bangalore working with Infosys for past 2.4 yrs. and with a total IT experience of over 4.5 yrs.
I am planning to take the GMAT in September 2nd week for which i need help to finalize the date so that i can smoothly fit into the slot of fall 2010 first round admissions.
Can anyone plz help me confirm if the time slot i have chosen is fine or i have to rework on it

can anyone hint at the importance of co-curriculars in getyting admission to good b-schools (though getting good %les seems to be the first and toughest step .... hee hee)?
here is my profile:
Xth - 83%
XII th - 87.25 %
grad - CGPA 6.98
work exp - 23 mnths in Infy.
the worst part - no certi s to show for co-curriculars :|

do i have any chance of getting into a good b school?

I am planning to take gmat in 2nd week of october 2009. I have explored various coaching institutes in pune like Dilip Oak, achiever's point and princeton.

Please share your experiences with these institutes if any, or any other and recommend the best one among them. It will be a great help.

I joined mba coaching institute in feburary.But now i am thinking of leaving it as it is getting very hectic for me to maintain a balance between college studies & mba preparation.I have not even started any preparation from my side for mba.Right now i am very messed up.So i have decided to take a one year gap & give mba exams next year.But i don't know if i am doing the write thing or not as to get into a good mba college i should atleast for 8 to 10 hours.Can u please help me.Want to do something(Right now i don't know what i want to do)

Hi alll,

This is dhinesh lal here with BE in Mechanical and 2yrs of work experience in TCS and now planning to do MBA....

Am really confused a lot of to whether i can survive with my UG degree itself in this software sector or need an additional qualification for a better future...

I got locked up with loads of financial constraints and not in a position to pursue MBA in full time and not in a position to do in part time as welll..

So i have decided to do it in a distance education which i think is the only option left for me as of now..

Guys i just wanna know whether doing MBA in correspondence will be helpful to me and may i know what all are the good institutes that i can opt for ???
