I have entered my graduation marks as 71.33% in the application form. But actually it is 71.39% should I inform the one who verifies my documents during interview? would it cause any issue?

I need to know one thing
In 2013 when I got selected in IBPS PO, I attempted 136 questions and let us hope max 10 were wrong still I got 174 marks out of 250.
At that time the person who scored highest in any section in whole country, was awarded full marks by IBPS through normalisation.
Example
Ram scored 40 in quant and he was the only one to score this then IBPS made it 50.
Now I did only 30 questions and got 42 marks.
This was the method which IBPS used to adopt earlier.
Now does this method used now a days or not.

Those who have cleared mains n feel that their gk attempt is good along wid accuracy...can u plz suggest proper method of covering gk, i think gk is my biggest hurdle....my maxm attempts are may be 20-25 only in gk....
