LPU has students from all twenty-nine states of India. One India is an event at LPU which gives a chance to the students to represent the culture of their state in the event. Cultural coordinators of each school in the university prepare the students for this event. In this, volunteers are asked to give their names and followed by an interview process, the student is selected to represent the state. The preparation starts almost one month before the actual date of the event. In this, students try to represent the tradition and culture of the state including dance, food, lifestyle, famous architects, symbols of the state, and dressing style. All the schools with their participants roam around the whole campus to showcase their hard work. A place is fixed for the two-day event, which is usually a huge shed area of the LPU campus having a capacity of thousands of people. Students, teachers and other staff members visit the event to enjoy various food items and get entertained through various dance and music forms. In the one-month journey of this event, starting from the selection to performance and winding up, students learn various skills like teamwork, coordination, art, music, dance, painting and a lot more. This event gives everyone the chance to see mini India under one roof.

Along the lines of One India, LPU organises another event that is One World. As the name suggests, here students from various countries of the world participate and represent their respective countries.
